Not a safe place to keep your loney
Several of my family and friends were staying in other rooms at the hotel and were robbed of their money. They had put the money in a safe, but it was stollen and Management said they will see what they could do but did nothing to return the money. If you don’t want money to be stollen, do not leave it on the room.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms with balcony are spacious and good for 2 persons. The location is not as touristy as it is in El Poblado, but its a nice location to stay. The breakfast was also good with fresh fruit, serials and different options the kitchen can make for you.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, this is the second time I stay at this hotel and Christopher, front desk agent who helped us both times is very nice, polite and professional. The only few suggestions I have is that this hotel needs to have newer linen and better pillows. They also need to improve the breakfast buffet and have more choices. Other than that, it is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood
