We were there with the kids and friends. It is very close to many popular areas to visit. It was very clean, staff professional and good breakfast for the money. We actually consider going again. The only thing not mentioned on their site is that the shuttle is every hour and if you are a group more than 6 or so you can’t go together.

"The hotel was spotless and extremely well maintained. The room had all the amenities my family needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The TV was great, allowing us to watch Netflix during our downtime. On top of that, the pool was wonderful, and my kids absolutely loved the small mini-golf course. The front desk staff was very attentive the entire time, and we comfortably enjoyed the breakfast as well as the other hotel amenities. Everything was perfect."

The service overall exceeded expectations. This will be a good option for next vacation in Orlando. The only issue we faced was getting change for the laundry, It would be great to upgrade the equipment so you could pay with credit/debit card.

8/10 Very good

Great new hotel in a great location. Upon check in all seemed ok but the room seemed a little stuffy. 2 days in the a/c kept shutting off 3rd day in had to call the front desk as the a/c unit stopped working. Day 4 maintenance came evaluated the unit and replaced it. Since we were going to the parks all day it was really frustrating to come back to a warm room…

The staff and room was good the only problem I found was the breakfast was okay but not great and the internet is really slow besides that it's a wonderful place to stay at it's very quiet

6/10 Good

The shower Head was broken, and the bathroom doors were a little loose. However, overall it was a nice place to stay, especially if you are visiting Universal and looking for a convenient location near the park.
