The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I was wary of some of the reviews. It’s not a new hotel but very clean which is a necessity for me. Front desk staff was super nice. Was able to leave bags after checking out waiting on flight later in the day. Will definitely stay again. Great view!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been at in Manhattan. AC didn’t work, room smelled moldy, shower was either burning hot or freezing. Mattress was so crushed on the edge it was like sleeping on an incline. I got what I paid for, but don’t believe any positive reviews.

Location close to transit. Not terribly clean. Remote was crusty and bathroom dingy in corners. Ridiculous fees for nothing - breakfast is terrible. Would stay again if needed but nothing outstanding. Staff was nice enough.
