Magnificent view and excellent service - could not recommend this location more! The walk up to the apartments is intense, yes, but worth it 1000%!!!

8/10 Very good

We had a great stay and appreciated the staff, location, and cleanliness of the hotel. Our only negative was that the mattress was incredibly firm and uncomfortable. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

8/10 Very good

Hotel is nice, clean and in very good location. Just one thing you have to consider, hotel is located on the hill. It was hard for us for get there during our stay...I would advise you to check street view in Google map for this hotel.

Great location for a city break in Florence. Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Although booked with self checkin, this faceless approach is shown wanting when small issues arise, especially with language barriers. Overall great place and we had a great stay! The housekeeping team were truly helpful.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. The room was spacious and had plenty of closet space. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining area in the room. I wished it had a shared rooftop terrace though.
