Terrible experience!
No serious anti-COVID 19 measures (hoards of irresponsible people wandering around without masks and no one asking them to put them on, no disinfectant in public places - except maybe for the lift doors from the main lobby, zero social distancing measures and none of the measures touted on site put into practice - especially those to do with nebulization or the 2-day lapse between check-ins / check-outs etc... in a nutshell, total chaos)!
The restaurant experience was terrible too! Poor meals (canteen-like), with no room service (sic!) and no lunch alternatives! Also no bar facilities and no (or rather very poor) outdoor facilities for breakfast or dinner, but just a dim, quite strange indoor saloon put at guests’ disposal...
As for the parking services, they are a shame! Far too few places for guests, incredibly bad organized, while other possibly available places are too far away, with practically no direct access to the hotel!
