Melhor localização, no centro de Gramado próximo aos atrativos da cidade, restaurantes, bares; realmente a localização é o grande diferencial desta Pousada, o atendimento dos funcionários também, sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Pontos a melhorar, durante o café da manhã não recolhem as louças utilizadas, nossa mesa com 3 pessoas acumulou pratos usados, e como as mesas não são grandes não tínhamos espaço suficiente, até que minha tia teve que levar até a cozinha; para um estabelecimento com ótima avaliação, achei uma falha. Além dos travesseiros, necessitam trocar urgentemente! Os amenities não correspondem a avaliação e nível da Pousada, poderiam melhorar. Se você procura uma boa localização, essa é a pousada; se procura conforto, talvez existam melhores opções.

Pousada aconchegante e ótimo staff
Eu e meu namorado nos hospedamos por 6 noites, e em geral o atendimento foi maravilhoso, logo de começo fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Duda, o quarto em geral tem tudo que é necessário pra um conforto de casal, mas a internet é muito ruim, muito mesmo, tivemos que pedir pra resetar o modem algumas vezes e não resolveu muito. Considerando uma viagem de negócios, isso seria bastante ruim, pra gente foi um inconveniente. Segundo ponto que nos decepcionamos um pouco foi que um dos motivos principais de escolher a pousada foi a sauna, mas ela estava em manutenção e isso não foi avisado antes de chegarmos, assim como o deck externo. Ficamos no terceiro andar e foi um pouco cansativo subir e descer escadas, o staff nos ajudou a subir e descer, o que foi muito bom, mas é um pouco de atenção. Eu recomendaria ligar antecipadamente e confirmar todos os itens essenciais na estadia. No geral, gostamos muito e fomos muito bem tratados durante toda estadia.

Muito bom, recomendo demais.
Viajei com minha esposa e ficamos por 7 diárias. Foi maravilhoso, atendimento espetacular, limpeza implacável, muito confortável e tudo funciona. Fica no centro, perto de tudo, fazíamos tudo a pé. Bem próximo da Casa Colombo, Pizzaria do Pirata, Delegacia, Praça das bandeiras, Mini mundo. A rua torta fica praticamente na esquina, O café da manhã é muito bom, todos muito bem atenciosos. De fato, nos sentimos em casa. Espero voltar mais vezes. São 5 estralas com louvor. Parabéns a todos.
