Excellent accommodation
Excellent short break at this truly fantastic B&B. Hosts are very friendly and the plentiful breakfasts freshly cooked and served by them. Rooms are large as are en-suites and both are kept very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely, comfortable stay. Cynthia was a delightful welcoming host who couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was excellent - including an enormous tasty cooked breakfast. My room was large, comfortable and had a large en suite bathroom.

A lovely place to stay
We had an amazing time staying at Caroe Farmhouse, our hosts were so friendly and lovely. The room was spectacular, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning felt like a family affair with everyone sat around the same big table, nice to chat about what you're all up to. Genuinely lovely place to stay.

Our stay here was great & would recommend staying at the Caroe Farmhouse. The host was very warm, generous, helpful and informative. The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom and very clean. Breakfast was realy good.

Greeted by owner on arrival and offered tea and cake. Beautiful property in quiet rural location. Breakfast and variety on offer excellent. Owners always took an interest in what your plans were for the day, and gave good advice on where to go, and what to see. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay at Caroe again.

Set in a lovely quiet location but still only 30 seconds from the main road.
The hosts Cynthia and Brian are lovely and interesting people, always chatty and helpful with any questions about where to visit in the area.
Our room, ‘Lyonness’; was very large with a lovely bathroom. Modern and tastefully decorated.
We had a lovely 4 night stay and the full breakfast was always freshly cooked and excellent.

Caroe Farmhouse
It was a fantastic break in Cornwall despite the rain and wind.
The host made a real effort to know us. This was shown right at the beginning when we booked in. She made us a cup of tea and served us with a slice of cake.
We will definitely book this venue again and recommend it to our friends in future.

We stayed at Caroe Farmhouse for two nights whilst visiting locally. On arrival we were greeted with tea and cake. We couldn’t have had a nicer welcome after a long journey. Our room was gorgeous including the beautiful bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was amazing! Freshly cooked in the lovely farmhouse kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Caroe Farmhouse highly enough. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The perfect spot for peace and rest from our busy lives with the choice of driving around different areas close by to enjoy.
Lovely and fresh looking building as you approach the farmhouse.
Go very slow down the narrow roads as on coming vehicles who know them well have a speed on.
The farmhouse have fire doors so sometimes you hear them slamming without care of attention.

Comfy, homely and relaxed
A lovely homely welcome from the hosts and a beautiful comfy bedroom, bathroom and bed. Great breakfast - not a massive buffet style choice but as a consequence was clearly freshly cooked and tasty with a variety of cereal and a fresh fruit salad also available. A car is needed but a good base if north cornwall is your thing with Bude and Widemouth one way and Boscastle and Tintagel the other.
