A estadia foi otima, quarto confortável, silencioso e com estrutura para se manter bem os dias da estada. Problema mesmo foi com a recepção do Fusion, o hotel. O atendimento foi muito razoável. A começar de quando eu cheguei a me hospedar que ele disse que não havia reserva alguma em meu nome. Depois disse que por se tratar de reserva com particular que o hotel nada tinha a ver com isso. Não tirou minjas dúvidas, me tratou de forma desinteressado e nao me ajudou no check-out

É importante o consumidor ser alertado de que não se trata de hotel e sim de apart hotel. Logo não está incluída na diária a limpeza diária do quarto. Cobra-se 40 reais por dia para limpar o quarto. Ao final da estadia cobra a taxa de 80 reais a título de limpeza, limpeza esta realizada após a sua saída do quarto. Não se troca toalha de rosto nem de banho. Só será trocada se você optar por pagar por dia 40 reais, além da taxa de limpeza de 80 reais ao final da estadia. Isso não é avisado no site hoteis.com. Você só fica sabendo quando chega ao quarto pois tem um aviso somente dentro do quarto.

Primeira vez alugando apartamento de terceiros
Gostei de ter ficado no Vision, mas gostaria que no momento da reserva isto já ficasse definido. O quarto era igual aos dos hospedes, porem precisa de uma pintura perto da porta do banheiro, acho q houve um pequeno vazamento no ar condicionado.Quando cheguei o banheiro esta molhado devido a um vazamento na pia. No dia seguinte foi consertado sem problemas. Esqueceram da toalha de piso do banheiro, mas também foi colocada no dia seguinte. As toalhas precisam ser renovadas estão furadas. Fora isso, foi tudo bem!
