Everything is pretty good. The location is also good. But I wish the breakfast started a bit earlier, like 6:30 am. Many of them stay in Okinawa as a vacation, so they like to sleep there. But I was there for a business.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the facility, the area are all excellent. Many different dinning options, a minute walk to the train station and plenty of taxis. Staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. Also assisted with booking a resevation for a long distance transportation and even assisted with luggage. Extrmelly happy. Will be back in two weeks.

When I opened the curtains of the only window in the room, all I can see is a dark wall of the closely erected adjacent building. The view is totally blocked. Essentially it is the same as if the room has no window

The staff helping to keep the luggage was rude. We talked to her politely and asked to keep the luggage which is a very common request but she sounds impatient and unhappy. First time having this experience for such simple request

Best location, worst cleanliness
The location is very accessible. However, the cleanliness is bad. There was dust all over the walls and even cockroaches. The room has a carpeted floor, but as soon as I touched the bedding, it felt damp, like I was touching wet bedding. The breakfast was okay. The cleanliness and hygiene are....the worst. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen because cockroaches in.
