11. katta konakladık ve tam üstümüzde yer alan “Kat On İki” adlı mekândan gelen müzik sesleri gece 4’e kadar aralıksız devam etti. Bu durumla ilgili bize öncesinde herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Resepsiyonda görevli olan personelin ilgisiz ve güler yüzlü olmaması da genel izlenimimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Oda konforu açısından ise ciddi sıkıntılar yaşadık. Odamızın hijyen durumu oldukça kötüydü; temizlik yapılmadığı çok net bir şekilde belli oluyordu. Odada yedek yorgan veya battaniye bulunmuyordu. Isıtma sistemi yoktu ve klimayı verimli şekilde kullanmak mümkün değildi çünkü konumu son derece uygunsuzdu. Ayrıca, odada ön büro ile iletişim kurmak için bir telefon bulunmaması da büyük bir eksiklikti. Genel olarak konaklamamız beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Hijyen ve konfor açısından sınıfta kalan bir deneyim yaşadık. Bu nedenle, ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığını kesinlikle alamadığımızı düşünüyorum ve maalesef bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Bayram günü 2 gün için oteli tercih ettik Gece 3 de otel tarafından arandık telefon sesine uyandık ve sabah sorduğumuz zaman kimse bilmiyor neden arandığımızı o saate aranmanın mantığı nedir yani temizlik konusunda daha temiz olabilirdi tabaklar yağlı her yer toz içinde koltuklar kirli lekeler var ve kokuyor ekstra çarşaf istedik üzerine örtmek için hijyen sıfır el yıkma sabunu diye bir şey koyulmuş taş gibi asla sabun gibi değildi bu konularda daha dikkatli olunursa alışılmışın dışında otel gibi değil ev gibi bir yer denilebilir ama dediğim gibi hijyenik bir ortam değil.
