Staff on reception were lovely. Room was clean and bed was comfy, although pillows weren’t great - had to bunch it altogether as they’re too soft. Went to Sky bar in the afternoon, which was nice and the view is fantastic. Definitely the biggest selling point for the hotel. The breakfast was adequate but not great either. Have been here three times now as it’s handy for the Hydro, another selling point. Had a good stay.

Stayed here multiple times, room was nice and clean and check in was easy, though it did feel a bit rushed since it was busy a less personal touch althan usual, the breakfast was the worst it's ever been it's usually good but the buffet items were cold and no a la carte menu items offered, quality has went down hill and Its put me off having breakfast there again
