Fantastic hotel. Reception was beautiful and ever had an amazing smell. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and fantastic view. Sadly because we were attending a gig at OVO we went to the sky bar for a cocktail and they weren’t serving them as the public were allowed to use the bar it was too busy, even once it was open to residents only after a certain time they wouldn’t make us one which seemed unfair
