The fact its a nice building. In a nuvmce area. The food is very poor and overpriced. We had Sunday lunch it was very disapointing. The breakfast bacon was burnt. The kettle in the room was filthy, the tv remote did not work properly, the toilet was very noisy refilling for ages. The bathroom very dated. Window was in disrepair. Loads of wasps in garden so uncompfortable to sit outside. Swearing coming from the kitchen from the chef who didnt look hygenic no apron. Not one nember of staff asked about our food or our stay. They all came across as mates just hanging out, unsure who was in charge.

Rooms Dark. Dirty to the extreme and needs total Renee action to modern standards. Breakfast quality and quantity was very poor also. Only plus was the Manager crystal who was pleasant. The rooms have Paper for the walls and ceilings and No noise proofing. The blind are not long enough on windows so car parking allows people to view inside , it’s just really tired and badly prepared. Needs a DEEP CLEAN & DECORATING
