Beautiful room that looks right out on the beach. The sliders out to the patio are very hard to slide, but otherwise everything was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful and they let us in at 6:30am to get coffee the day we left!

We booked an apartment with a sea view. In the booking photos, two balconies with a direct sea view were shown, where the entire beach was visible. However, at check-in, we were given an apartment with a balcony offering a side sea view. The reason was that the rooms with a direct sea view were fully booked. We complained, but we still had to stay in this room for the first two nights. Later, we were given the room with the full sea view. The head receptionist was very friendly and helpful in making this change. After that, we were able to enjoy the last four days undisturbed. Can picafort is very beautiful and we like this hotel a lot. We will come again without a doubt!

Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big! Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!

An extremely good hotel, which was completely ruin
The hotel itself and the service was 10+. At the same time, there were a couple of very big problems, because of which I myself will never visit this hotel again. The point is that the toilet door was made of glass, which was a few centimeters away from the wall, and it is not at all comfortable to be in this hotel with a partner when going to the toilet using every voice, the stench escapes into the living room, also the shower had no curtain in front and when washing, the entire shower room and toilet were drenched, water even seeped into the living room.

I’ve booked two side sea view rooms and expected to get these. To my disappointment we didn’t get any of the promised rooms. When I’ve complained at reception, my request was ignored. The hotel also charges €3 per day for using the safe lock in the rooms, which is unacceptable! However the location of the hotel is amazing, gorgeous beach and lovely restaurants close by. I would definitely return to this area, but definitely not to this hotel!

Leider sind wir heute wieder nach Deutschland geflogen und alle haben schlechte Laune. Hihi. Dieses Hotel ist eines der besten Hotels, indem ich je verweilt habe. Alles und zwar alles sauber. Jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt, es wurde sogar auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet, was ich sehr zu schätzen weiß, leider hatte ich kein Bargeld mehr, denn ich wollte gerne den Ladys eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit da lassen. Aber ja, es war leider so. Das holen wir aber nach, denn es wird definitiv ein Wiedersehen geben. Auch das Personal an Bar etc. und auch der Bademeister des Pools, haben 5 Sterne verdient. Spielzeuge für meine Kleinen standen bereit am Pool, sicher gefühlt und einfach wunderschön. Wir danken für eine wunderschöne Zeit nach 5 Jahren Urlaubspause und freuen uns aufs Jahr 2026. Bra hotell.
Väldigt bra läge , ligger precis vid stranden. Rum är rena och har bekväma sängar, dock inte bäddsoffa:( Den behövde ett extra bäddmadrass. Ganska tysta rum och fin liten pool. Solbäddar var svårt att få tag om man är ute lite senare. Men man brukar hitta ett ställe där man kunde ligga vid poolen. Maten var god med flera variationer.
