Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and I liked that it was within walking distance of the tourist areas. I took off a couple stars because the beds are like slabs of stone, very uncomfortable.

Great hotel, 10 minutes away from the Kiyomizu-Dera temple. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are medium-sized, perfect for a couple. The facilities as are expected, with a small self-service area on the ground floor. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for everything!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel in a very walkable area. The rooms are spacious. It was clean. The rooftop terrace has a nice view of the area. The only downside is the beds are hard but I think this may be common in Japan and they do offer assistance with this. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Kyoto.
