Ok stay
They put me in the basement near the service staff room. There was noise all day and all night. There is no elevator and I had to go up and down stairs all day. The food was ok, edible at best. Service is always excellent.

Not worth it…
Would not stay here again. Overall the hotel was not a match for what we were looking for which was a laid back quiet vacation. Most rooms wrap around a large main stage that each night hosts some type of music (e.g Banda, Queen Tribute, Journey, DJ) event for guests until the early hours of the morning. Then the cleaning staff starts their shift around 6:30am and they were loudly singing in the hallways that echo. The building is made of cinder block so you can hear everything. It is convenient to have food included but we got food poisoning our second to last day. Pools were nice and for the most part pretty quiet but if you’re not up by 8 or 9 you’ll have trouble finding a seat. Amazingly, they only had dos XXs and coors light. We were disappointed that in Mexico there weren’t more options for Mexican beer. They are clearly catering to a specific audience. It was nice that it was adult only. I think the general vibe of this hotel line is a little too party during spring break. Would have been fun back when we were in our 20s with a group of friends.

Everything was great. We were treated live royalty. The Italian restaurant was fabulous however the “Elite Culb Resturant” was awful. Terrible service. We received not attention. Water and wine glasses empty most of the time. The order was messed up they took away wrong food and never brought back the correct food. Don’t go there. However, everything else was beyond expectations, over the top.RIU, you need to give Susana a big raise. She was GREAT! Will for sure be going back. LOVED IT!

The resort and my room was fantastic! My bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and I really enjoyed the large soaking tub and separate shower. The grounds were beautifully maintained and clean. The views, incredible. The staff is great and the food was good too, although I have to say I was a bit unenthusiastic about the specialty restaurants as the buffet was wonderful every single time! I recommend this hotel/resort and would certainly stay here again!

It was a little more party scene than I was expecting, but the multiple pools makes it easy to remove yourself. Wasn't expecting much for the food being an all inclusive but was genuinely surprised. Worth it to upgrade to the elite club.
