It’s an old hotel in Gangnam but VERY convenient to airport bus stop n the Metro.
Only complaint was the beds were very hard. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would help.
It was the only 3 single bedder we could find in Gangnam but room was very small.

The staff were all friendly and efficient. I checked in with Robert and his wife Hongji-Yoon. Nice couple. She's great and was very helpful both days. The hotel's in a good location too. I'd stay there again. :)

Found bugs in my room. One staff member was quite rude about me asking to move at an annoying time of evening, which I understand his frustration but I think the customer service was lacking a little bit. Other than that, the building was nice, room was good, if you ignored the bug- I think this must be a one-off though!

The bed is uncomfortable. It is not a mattress. It is more of a box spring that is supposed to be under the mattress only. It’s hard to sleep. The springs are visible. Moreover, the phone os not working.

Quite bad actually. Super dated, AC worked only on heating mode on a hot day. The area has absolutely no places to eat, except for Starbucks. The sound proofing doesn’t exist at all so you hear the construction outside, traffic and people in other rooms.
