Lousy holiday experience
Not great...the rooms l had booked and gotten confirmations for where not available. Hotel then went ahead to charge me for 3 rooms instead of 2 inspite of their errors over the rooms. It's like there is no coordination in service delivery and a very distinct lack of remorse for our uncomfortable experience
