A nice comfortable room to come back to after exploring Barcelona. The room was quiet at night (for the city) and provided all of the necessities. Stove top, mini fridge, and microwave with an extra sink was really nice to have as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Spring in Barcelona

Ideally located. Far enough away from crowds but lose enough to walk or easy access to metro. Really great restaurant, Farro, just across the street. Room always clean. Spacious suite with cooking which we didn’t us as we ate out all the time. The front desk staff was always present and pleasant. A wonderful week.

Hotel is in a good locality on a busy street but we didn't hear much noise during night time. Room cleaning service is provided everyday. No need to ask. This is quite different experience from other hotels I stayed in the last few years. There are quite a few dining options and plenty of cafe/bakeries within walking distance. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is 2-3 miles away from all major attractions but easy to get around of you get a taxi.

An excellent choice

A terrific hotel, we were both really impressed with this place. Decent location about 5 min walk from Fontana metro (line 3 - green) and some bus stops. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. The hotel seemed quiet and we were delighted to get a free upgrade to a room with a little kitchen. The facilities were great in the room with a fridge and a coffee machine. There was also a free hot drinks station on the first floor. We had one minor issue whereby the bathroom sink wasn't draining well. We mentioned it in the morning and it was fixed by the time we came back after sightseeing - perfect service. The reception staff we encountered were all polite. All in all an excellent choice for a Barcelona stay!

중심지에서 약간 떨어져있어서 도보로 많이 걷게되는 곳이나 교통은 편리합니다 요리를 할수있는 미니 주방이 있고, 방이 정말 넓습니다 하지만 방음이 안되고 1층에 늦게까지하는 식당이 있어서 밤에 너무 시끄러웠습니다 그리고 저녁에 카운터에 계신 분 정말 불쾌합니다 저희 체크인할때 호텔약관 (약관 내용도 정당하지않았습니다)을 내밀길래 읽고 사인하는데 한 3분 걸렸나싶은데 입으로 혀차는 소리를 내면서 상대방을 무시하는 태도를 노골적으로 보였습니다. 그 외에도 억지로 응대하는 태도가 역력했고, 본인 기준에 필요한 말만 던졌으며, 호텔 시설에 대한 안내도 없었습니다. 인종차별이라고 느꼈으며, 이 직원 때문에 호텔에서의 경험이 최악이었습니다. 동양인들에게 비추천합니다. 기분 다 잡쳐요.

We had paid almost £417.00 for a 3-night stay from 12 -15 July. During our road trip to the airport, I began feeling unwell. My illness presentation became severe while at the airport, and for that reason, I agreed to the advice to seek medical attention and not to travel. A postponment request was placed with the accommodation to allow for rescheduling the date, but sadly, the request was denied. Losing all our 3 nights' payment without a concession is rather dispiriting and cruel...
