Perfect place to stay.
Brilliant hotel with wonderful rooms and style. The only one fault was that the rooms can be a bit warm and hard to cool down.

Staff wonderful but stay was a huge disappointment
Unfortunately alot of things added up to a negative stay. Very disappointing. Not a relaxing stay which was the whole point for my stay. As a care worker it was my first break in a long time. The building is beautiful and the décor downstairs is stunning. Clean and welcoming. I was left to navigate the halls trying to find my room which is no easy feat when lugging a suitcase and my work equipment around. I had to drag my bag up four flights of stairs. I couldn't leave my bag to find help so had to struggle. I didn't eat at the hotel opting to use the facilities included in the room. Be aware that the doors are heavy and always shut loudly. No matter what you do to prevent it. I wasted almost £30 of food as the 'smart' smegg hob malfunctioned. Thus ruining my meals and having to throw alot away. Only one window would open and the other was painted over. I asked for a fan and waited almost two hours. No one came so I went to ask myself. Another helpful worker found me a Dyson fan that he himself was using on reception. One staff member was incredibly helpful. She moved me to another room on the same floor and couldn't apologise enough after trying to help me figure out what was wrong. After turning the fuse off it still wouldn't fix. Making the room unsafe hence the room swap. On first glance the room was roomy and the little thoughtful welcome touches were a wonderful touch. Lots more to say!

Shame about the cleanliness...
The WC was dirty. There was sick on it and pretty dry (from days). Dishes, glasses and cutlery also dirty.

comfy, well designed and cool
Amazing place and really reasonably priced. All the little touches were really pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it. The appliances in the rooms were high quality and the design was really beautiful. The only downside is the parking is expensive in the NCP but they do give you a £5 off voucher at reception.

Superb location, fabulous room and surprisingly quiet considering it's right in tbe city. Odd TV placement but that's all I can complain about. Would definitely stay again 😀

Very nice
Very nice setting. Room kitted out to high spec. First room allocated had overpowering garlic smell (really was nauseating) but room change offered with no fuss.
