Yes a peaceful and nice location, certainly in comparison to the main areas of Ao Nang, Krabi and close resorts. Not sure that building a concrete and glass monstrosity of a building on the edge of the jungle is that ecological??? The studio rooms are nice but fairly impractical, with a ridiculous platform that the bed sits on, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. A minimal provision of hanging and cupboard areas, meaning that it was impossible to unpack during our 4 day stay. The shower temperature constantly varied from hot to cold and back, meaning that obviously more water than necessary was used. The toilet paper used was so thin, that of course, more was used than would have been with a quality product.
At least the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was nice but certainly not up to 5* standards.
The worst aspect was the design of the black/grey swimming pool, which was positively dangerous, with underwater walls and steps, that were not visible.
