"A lovely hotel, with kind staff. It was clean, and I had an ocean view room which was lovely. The downside being it is not on the beach, and while they have a shuttle there are no chairs or umbrellas to use while on the beach nor is there a bathroom close, other than going back to the hotel. It was well located otherwise, you could walk to town, shops and other restaurants. Breakfast was good, my only feedback as a foreigner is it would be nice to have a bit of a description beside the dishes, and a spice rating! "

The reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with grace. The chauffeur service provided a seamless, elegant journey, adding to the resort’s refinement. "It fits the theme of luxurious and vintage well. We like the kampung island vibes and luxury in one place. Service was prompt. As expected of resorts, facilities are abundant and catered to kids too. We were able to enjoy the facilities without the crowd in most instances. We were granted a free room upgrade from garden to lakefront and are quite happy with it. For those seeking privacy, only the lakefront provides a high level of privacy as the rest has balconies that at some point in time will allow passers by to peek in due to where they face. "

"Breakfast was great! Menu is different for the 3 days we are there and delicious too. Mini bar (snacks) also provided in the room. But room tv was a little not in good condition not sure if it's the remote control (as they changed battery)."

"Very nice hotel , friendly staff . Walkable to sight seeing . The general area is shabby with many disused buildings. the horse is good. Recomend takeing the afternoon tea package and drinks soft in the room ."

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Clean, felt brand new, both pools were great in their own way, location, amenities, views are fantastic, and food and service were A+. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Langkawi. "
