The Only Place To Stay in New Orleans
Stop looking around and immediately book into Hotel Peter and Paul. This hotel has so much unique, beautiful personality. Every single piece of this place has been so well designed and decorated. Situated in an old church my room was in the adorably cute side house based in a Convent with a cute ice-cream parlour on the ground floor. I felt like I was staying back in time but with all modern comforts and cleanliness. And you'll want to spend time at the wonderful Elysian Bar or in the seclusion of the main house having a morning coffee. The hotel have put so much of their own N'awlins knowledge into your stay, providing maps and booklets that feel vintage (and pointing out places I hadn't heard of even though I thoroughly researched my trip). The neighbourhood of Marigny has tons of character and is a great place to walk around. Secondly, I arrived alone and a drama with a lost bag meant I was without my bag containing all my cash, cards, passport for 24 hours. At a time of huge panic the staff were so kind, helpful and supportive. Carolina especially trying to think outside of the box to help the situation. And when I was reunited with said bag I am telling you the staff were as relieved and happy as I was!! I can't thank them all enough for helping me out so much!

Nothing I am about to say will detract from the fact that this is an excellent hotel, I would make it a priority to stay here in the future and fully recommend it to friends. It’s a beautiful project and so much care and thought has gone into the restoration. The location is fantastic, close to the French Quarter but quiet and away from the madness. Free secure car parking is also a big bonus. The tour conducted by Miss E was so helpful and insightful. The whole project to convert the school and church is quite a wonder and it’s easy to see why the hotel is getting awards so early in its life. All the staff we met were really helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Our only constructive feedback would be as follows; although the hotel is very secure we would have expected a safe in the room as your really don’t want to be carrying all your valuables about in NO. There was no where to place a suitcase in the room most hotels have those stands. There was no coffee in the room, you had to buy coffee at the restaurant which is a bit of a pain first thing in the morning, free coffee in reception for a couple of hours in the morning might be a good compromise? But these are only small things... overall this is a fantastic hotel, a real gem and we will stay again if we come back to New Orleans.

Hotel and its staff were amazing. Beautiful buildings and staff could not have been better. Only criticism was that, compared with modern buildings the room we were in was fairly small but still excellent value when compared to others in the area. I would still stay again if only for the fantastic ambience ans service.

A perfect find!
We had an amazing time in New Orleans, such a great city! The Peter and Paul hotel could not have been more perfect. A stunning building, beautifully restored (it was an old church/school) with amazing staff. I can not recommend this place highly enough.
