"Avevamo originariamente prenotato 4 notti e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, e la colazione era molto buona con orari flessibili — perfetta sia per chi si alza presto sia per chi ama dormire un po' di più. Viaggiamo regolarmente in Vietnam (è il paese d'origine di mia moglie), quindi abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel in tutto il paese — ma questo si distingue davvero. Ciò che rende speciale questo hotel è, senza dubbio, il personale. Sono sempre sorridenti, parlano un ottimo inglese e sono genuinamente attenti. Abbiamo due bambini piccoli e sempre molte cose da trasportare, eppure il personale era sempre pronto a dare una mano prima ancora che potessimo pensare di chiedere. Abbiamo anche scoperto che il team è incredibilmente versatile — lavora alla reception, in cucina e aiuta anche nel servizio. Sono semplicemente persone meravigliose che ti fanno sentire davvero il benvenuto. Abbiamo finito per prolungare il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel ogni volta che verremo in Vietnam. Altamente consigliato!"

"This place is right in the middle of the thick of it if thats where you wanna be. Next to the lake, market, and walking street. Can shop, eat, and get massaged until you drop. Staff went above and beyond to make sure stay is pleasant. Anna is an absolute goddess on earth. "

"We absolutely loved staying here. The manager is so awesome and helped us so much. He helped us book an overnight cruise to ha long bay and a 3 day trip to ha Giang. We had so many questions for him about the rest of our travels and he helped us figure out the rest of it. The hotel room was very nice and cozy. The breakfast in the morning was super yummy as well. I cannot recommend this place enough and recommend how amazing the manager is. I recommend booking everything with him, he is the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. All of the staff are super nice, it’s super clean, and a perfect location close to so many things. I am so thankful we stayed here. If it wasn’t for the manager our trip to Vietnam would have not been as great. So thankful for his hospitality, kindness, and service. "
