Beach Hotels in Oman

We had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The hotel is new, beautifully designed and in a superb beachfront location. What really made our visit, however, was the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely keen to help, without ever being intrusive. The service felt personal throughout and made the whole stay particularly memorable. We would happily return.

This hoyel was excellent. Free shuttle bus to town, private beach and great amenaties.

After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. I had some brilliant conversations with staff of all ranking and ages who really gave super service throughout. The pool / gardens area is very beautiful, safe for kids...

Everything about this hotel exceeds expectations. The staff are extremely attentive, kind and helpful in every part if the hoteL. I can’t praise them enough. Room was spacious with tea/coffee and plentiful free water, with large modern bathroom. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious esp the crepes. We stayed for three nights for a mixture of business and holiday. Good room, good service throughout. My only complaint - having to pay for wifi.

Nice hotel in a reasonably convenient location for visiting places of interest in Muscat. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurants and excellent swimming pool facilities.

The hotel was hard to find and a lot of the taxi drivers didn't want to go so far but it was worth the trip. It truly is somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle.

Went with 12 friends for a weekend stay. Superb hotel and staff! Excellent rooms and views. Service for housekeeping is not the greatest, most of the time had to make 2-3 calls and then things ordered would show up. Breakfast selection is also not the greatest and some dishes were not available towards the end of the b'fast time. But overall a great property and probably the best one to stay at in Musandam.

A very nice manager, unlike the lady at the front desk, who forgot about us. Huge, almost gigantic rooms. Kitchen with a refrigerator. Very friendly staff (except the lady at the front desk). A wonderful heated rooftop pool with jacuzzi. A good and varied breakfast. Ample underground parking. I recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. The rooms were of a far better standard than I was expecting, especially compared to other Best Westerns. Everything seemed new and were cleaned well every morning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we were spoilt for choice. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was excellent.
