We stayed in the Premium apartment - there are 2 smaller units on either side which can be booked for a larger party. The premium apartment has a fantastic covered porch area with views over both bays and many seating options. It has a huge indoor seating area which we were pleased not to use, as we sat outside until bedtime. We had a tasty dinner on a couple of evenings, cooked by Abigail, which is an easy and very local option for food.

It was a short one-night stay and it exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities, but the room was clean and everything was in good condition. There was a good en suite with a decent shower, a small but fully functional kitchen area, as well as a small sitting room. We’d visit again.

To say this stay was amazing is an understatement. Staff, villa and facilities were great especially for a solo traveller. Concierge will tailor make excursions just ask and tell them what you want to see of the island, food and activities.

Beautiful location with views from the Restaurant area patio northwards, over the ocean. Crashing wave soundtrack is ceaseless. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant on site serves food and drink throughout the day. At times the wait can be long.

Lovely accommodation, rooms set into the hillside with great views. Very spacious rooms, lovely large balconies, very clean & fantastic bed’s & linen. The layout of the grounds , restaurant, pool area & beach is so well blended together, so much thought in the design. Great options for breakfast & nice evening menu. What Spice Island Beach Resort manages to do, almost uniquely well, is combine all the ingredients imaginable for a vacation ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. This is our third visit to Mount Cinnamon. On this occasion we were in a suite rather than villa. The suites are plenty big enough for 2 persons. Very comfortable, clean, 2 bathrooms and kitchen and living area. The beach is fantastic, comfortable beds, umbrellas and service. Lunch is very good in Savvys. Beach towels also provided. Firm favourite of ours, and we look forward to returning later in the year.

The individual service and advice was fantastic

Breakfast was delicious!! Fresh fruits, muesli, cereal, toast, preserves, little quiches. Dinner also good. Its a quite little gem, spacious rooms with air con, fridge. Comfy bed, massive bathroom.views are breaytaking and the pool provides a lovely cooling dip.

We quite often stay here when we are on our way to carriacou, this time we chose to stay there while we waited for our covid results so we were not allowed out of our rooms and had to rely on room service which really worked well Great service.

Lovely villa - attractively designed, spacious, well-equipped and clean. Ours had a fabulous view of the coastline, a huge terrace and a hot tub. There is a hotel swimming pool as well. Nickson and his staff looked after us very well; nothing was too much trouble. Very well thought resort and close to beach and shopping center. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This place is like nowhere anyone will have experienced before. Its not actually that far from the nearest towns but it feels worlds away. Originally built by slaves on the edge of the forest, its been modernised to facilitate all essential needs. The garden is made up of mature shrubs and trees which is enjoyed by plentiful birdlife. The forest walk takes you past an incredible variety of plantation trees and bushes. A real taste of Colonial life
