Absolutely stunning lodge overlooking the lake. The location on Expedia is incorrect and you actually need to be met and transferred over by boat. Once at the lodge, you've got lots of activities to book (horseback, fishing, hiking, etc) and a Michelin-level dinner to enjoy. The cabins are cosy and offer a perfect escape into the wild. Only note: the double room windows overlook the path to the other cabins, so it's not super private.

We drove from Temuco and found the hotel without difficulty. The location was stunning with beautifully cultivated gardens and delightful walks along paths laden with spring flowers and shrubs. The views across the lake were fantastic. The staff were more than welcoming. The Bauhaus design suited the location and the glazed outer walls of the lounge, dining areas and bedroom have the fullest advantage to the magnificent views. My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.

Stunning hotel in a lovely area of Santiago. Our room was spotless and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring. The front desk staff were also super helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent from all the staff ,to the great breakfast, to the welcoming afternoon tea in a lovely peaceful oasis. The room was beautiful and all amenities provided including a fresh bottle of water every night. The bed was massive and very comfortable, would definately reccomend this hotel.

We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!

Room was large and very clean, the staff were helpful. I liked the carafe in the room and water station in the hall to fill it up great idea. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of food. Excellent location.

If you like nature then this hotel is perfect, it doesn't matter if it rains or shines you'll have an amazing time here. So many activities but our favourite was watching the sunset from the volcano. We wished we had stayed longer and hopefully will will return one day.

Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home

Quiet hotel in excellent location for a city centre stay. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wide breakfast selection. The wifi was strong in the lounge area but weak with dropouts in our room. On balance good value and we would be happy to return.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good food, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santiago! This hotel is located right next to a super market and shopping mall with some very high class shops located at the top floor of this mall.

It was a great location and it was my first time staying at the hotel. Reception staff are impressive, very helpful and very good English. Rooms are dated and the toilet is separate, which is a bit strange. Apart from that, good breakfast and I would stay again........

A spotless hotel just off the main centre of the city, close to the funicular and food market. Very friendly people, and a immaculate hotel, very comfortable huge bed, smallish shower. The central courtyard had a real orange tree and pomegranate tree. Great.

Central location in Santiago, close to Baquedano metro station. Decor is a bit dated, but staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English. My room was very comfortable on 16th floor. The leisure facilities are very good, outdoor pool area has amazing views of the city, there is also a well equiped gym, massage available and sauna. The cocktail bar is open until 1am every night and there is live music some evenings. There are computers with free internet in the business centre area. I...
