Great service from start to finish.

Nice hotel in a good area. A special commendation to the lady on the front desk who reassured us and helped us contact the airline after a Rwanda airlines cancelled it flight. Really helpful and kind.

Room was clean spacious and acceptable. Sparingly/minimally furnished. Just a little stool not even a chair on which to sit. This could be easily improved. Grace the host was very courteous and helpful though.

I stayed at Grazia Apartments several times when I was a regular visitor to Rwanda. Although I did not visit for the last few years, the staff members still remembered me and welcomed me warmly. They made me feel at home and looked after me very well. Thank you!

Our stay at Grotta Resort was very comfortable and the staff were amazing. It’s very convenient if you want to do Gorilla trekking. We were picked up and dropped off at Kigali by the resort, our driver Enock really looked after us and made sure we arrived at our destinations.

This is an excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and well appointed.

Excellent staff, very collaborative with top priority to accomodate best needs of the customer. The roof top restaurant is really excellent. Location is very good not far from Kigali Heights mall

The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist and complaints promptly addressed. The rooms were very neat and facilities therein all worked. Also, the WiFi worked well, was reasonably stable and fast, although there may be need for more routers to further improve it's stability especially as you move deeper into the rooms. Generally, I enjoyed my stay there.

Overnight stay before travelling to Akagera. Very pleased with my choice of hotel, could not fault it 😊

It was really amazing experience. Friendly environment and an excellent location by the beach on lake Kivu. Very clean with many amenities, including fast internet.
