"Staff are very kind and proactive in general. Also very respectful. It felt good to be a women and wear normal clothes without being always over looked at.
We had a superior room, and it was spacious and very clean! The cleaner cleaned everything, like shower, floor & bed every day. We had a great service in that aspect. 😄 it’s made a great impact for Egypt standards.

"It was a wonderful resort and would stay here if we ever return and will recommend it to anyone. It is so beautiful there, we are just sorry we didnt get to spend more time there. You cannot walk to anything outside the resort. They will arrange a taxi for you if you want to go somewhere. They provided a shuttle to the cruise terminal. Hakem at the front desk was awesome! He spoke really good English and helped us with everything we needed. We purchased the
