"Room was wonderful. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view from the oceanfront penthouse. Saw whales from the room every day. Beach was awesome, swimable every day we were there for 9 days. The snorkeling was very good right at the resort. Brought our paddle boards and paddled right from the resort with the whales. They had an SUV available that fit our group of 7 people ready every time I asked and fares were only slightly more than a 4 person Uber. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. Prices for drinks and food are very high. We got lots of uber groceries and some uber eats which was easy to arrange. The hotel staff was helpful with luggage carts to haul our orders to the room. "

"This was the full package! This property was so beautiful, the staff were beyond wonderful, the food and drinks were amazing. The service was top tier from beginning to end with every single employee being more than pleasant and accommodating. The butler service was incredible and made our stay even more special (shout out to Daniel, he was amazing!) and don’t forget to book a spa day, it was an experience to die for! "

"This resort is AMAZING! I may be biased because I got engaged here but even before the engagement, we were in love with this property. First, SO CLEAN! Our housekeepers were amazing and I’m pretty sure came twice a day. Second, the facility is SO clean. Everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there and help in anyway. This was a Babymoon trip and I did not expect anyone to pamper me but my god. I got pampered without even asking! Also, I LOVED my mommy to be massage. My fiancé also got a haircut — lovely. The location is phenomenal. We only left the resort one day but the other days we relaxed poolside, got some spa time, and caught up on rest. The reception staff even remembered our name and so did the pool staff. The food was delicious! Most of the time resorts have bland or mediocre food when trying to cater to a larger audience but not here! This was our favorite vacation spot and I can’t wait to go back! We’re considering having our wedding here."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. For example, our tv wasn’t working when we checked in. We altered staff and it was quickly fixed. It was relatively quiet and our room was clean and comfortable. The adjacent restaurant- NOA - was excellent. The location near the plaza was convenient. I would recommend this place and would stay again. "
