Hotels in Basauri

We had a wonderful stay in Spirit Gran Hotel Bilbao.Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.Breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

I cannot rate this hotel and it’s staff highly enough. We visited in the middle of July just after Covid 19 restrictions were lifted. We drove from A Coruna and arrived after midnight. We booked one double room for myself, husband and small dog and a second for our 25 year old daughter. We received the most warm welcome despite the late hour and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff had to work within the very tight restrictions required to operate...

Muy limpio cómodo y buena vibra

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

The room was brilliant and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was also verry spacious and clean! The location was also ideal and only a short walk from the majority of attractions in Bilbao. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel , room very comfortable . We had a balcony room . The pool was small with 10 sun loungers but generally wasn’t a problem as people tended not to stay too long so I never waited more than a few minutes for a sun lounger. Staff really helpful. It’s about 25 minutes walk from the old town but plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel as well.

Great place to stay in Bilbao. Excellent location, nice room, fantastic breakfast and super friendly staff.

Lovely big room, huge comfortable bed. Really nice chairs. Good buffet breakfast. Very modern. Pleasant front of house staff.

A nice hotel. It is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. The best thing is the location, just on the edge of the old town and next to the river. The only slight drawback was that the room was on the top floor and it was very warm despite the air-conditioning.

We had a junior suite with views over the river. It was everything we had wished for this short break. The hotel is in a really good location. The breakfast excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the old town yet couldn't hear any external noise. Very easy to find and clear instructions getting into the property. Very modern and clean apartment, comfy bed, beds made each day. Air con a bonus as was very warm when we visited. All in all fantastic apartment at a great price, would stay again and will recommend to others.

Staff were fantastic. Hotel so convenient, clean and modern. Good breakfast. Centrally located.

Nice simple hotel with comfy beds. Very easy to get to from the airport and a nice walk into the old town. Pool table to play on in the lobby, and a decent breakfast selection. Would recommend for an affordable city break.

Within easy, safe walking of the Guggenheim. Friendly reception and well informed concerning public transport options. Efficient breakfast service.

Well appointed hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast to set you up for the day. Highly recommended.

Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This proved to be a good location as a base from which to explore Bilbao.

A serviced apartment located 5 minutes from train station and directly across from green open space. Within easy walking of all old town sites, the river and Guggenheim. Very comfortable and well equipped with quality fixtures and furniture. Beautiful floor to ceiling balcony doors leading to a small balcony. Easy and reasonably priced laundry facilities on site. Well priced and good value for money. Highly recommend.
