I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo! The room was so clean and the staff were super helpful and kind. I had a great experience and will consider staying at this hotel again. I was super close to the convention center which was a HUGE plus for me. Thank you!

Parking was awful! The staff couldn't really easily explain where to park. The closest parking garage had no working elevators. We would not stay here again due to the inconvenience of having to park 2 blocks away.

The Hotel was a cozy well maintained older hotel with great amenities, the location was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely have to stay there on our next trip.

Arrived at 5:30 pm, rooms were not ready for check. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking while wait to be checked in. Was not given the QR code for parking after I asked twice for hotel parking. I was directed to the wrong parking garage and then only to find out later by security that I should have received a QR so I’m not paying multiple times for a one night stay. The hotel only provided one key card that we had to share with the my family. Terrible experience overall and will not stay again

They are just understaffed. Check in was slow. Breakfast was ridiculously slow with so many problems. Parking is complicated.

Parking is not valet -- you pull up outside the entrance, check in and get your keycard and parking pass, then park your car across the street.
Rooms were lovely. The shower fixtures in my bathroom were loose but water pressure was great.

It's a cool hotel! Being that it's in an old building, the elevators are small as are the rooms! It's cute, if you're a couple but if you're staying with multiple ppl in can be tight/cramped. Staff was nice!
My wife waited 45 minutes to be waited on for breakfast but no one came so she left and went somewhere else!
Overall I wasn't impressed, this wouldn't be on the top of my list in the future!

They overbooked, blamed it on Hotels.com, didn't let us know until 9pm...
One person at desk helping while 10 ppl were in line.
Other worker at the desk was "training" and doing her nails while eating a bag of potato chips.

The room was filthy. Empty candy wrappers on floor, pubic hair in shower, sheets/comforter stained, no toilet paper or remote, bathroom vanity door was off hinges, it clearly had not been cleaned. Restaurant was closed, ate at lobby bar very limited food and booze selection.

They didn't clean my room and I complain too times to clean it and at the end no and the employees there forgot the radio in the room 2 days that I stay and they didn't care about cleaning or removing the radio from the room horrible service.

The staff was friendly, the bar was closed because the bar tender didn’t show up. I had to pay an additional $75 for incidental but my car was already charged $240 but the receipt shows it was only $195 so where did the rest of my money go?!? When you shower the water goes everywhere, no fridge in the room parking was blocks away and the cleanliness was non existent. Next time I’ll stay at a motel 6…
