Great week in Clearwater Beach
This is the second time we stayed here and found it to be a great place to stay. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They take good care of the outside as well. The rooms come with all you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was very clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My daughter and I stayed at the Gulfview this past weekend and we absolutely loved it! While it’s not a fancy place, it’s worth every penny. Yes, it’s a bit outdated and slightly dingy, but for the price, you can’t beat it! If you’re expecting a 5-star hotel on a 2-star budget, this isn’t the place for you. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the beach was clean and beautiful (we even saw dolphins and manatees swim by!), and the location is perfect. Everything is walkable, so you don’t really need a car. The only downside was the bathroom vent, which sounds like a lawnmower when turned on. It’s loud enough to wake others up, and I could hear my neighbors’ vent as well. The carpet could use some updating, but it’s workable. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and we plan on booking the Gulfview whenever visiting Clearwater Beach!

The Hotel was a bit hotel but for the area and the cost of the room, it was Fine. It has microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge, that great when traveling in a low budget or kids. It’s a beachfront hotel, and you can see the Sunset , beautiful spot and next to a great beach areas, Sand Key Beach. I recommended. Oh! I has Coffee 24-7

Room doesn't match 8/10 score
Carpet had nail clippings on it by the bed, bathroom fixtures were corroded. Mirror frame was broken. When we entered the balcony door was unlocked and it was difficult to get it to actually lock. Door lock with the deadbolt and card reader on it wasn't screwed in all the way and was loose and moveable on both sides. We stayed because we only had 2 nights, and hotels.com couldn't guarantee a refund but we blocked the door both nights. Staff was nice and helpful.
