Great stay. Room is more like a studio apartment, with a full kitchen (even a dishwasher!). It was nice making an actual pot of coffee. Bed was comfy, couch was nice, even had a fireplace, though we didn't use it as it wasn't cold. Would stay again if I ever find myself in Albuquerque.

Our room was extremely dirty. You could tell several things were not checked since the last guests stay. There was what seemed to be cat food and cat fur all of the dining table and blood and hair on the curtains and sheets. The towels and products they left out were also already used. The hotel will not do anything for the dirty room or unwelcome stay we encounter.

We had the family suite which was 2-story and the kids loved the extra roomy space. Suite had 2 full baths, kitchen and living room.

The room is good size but not updated and smelled musty with stains on the rugs. Not cleaned properly. Couch bed had crumbs and dirt under the cushions. Yuck! Clerk said they only clean once a week. They did not have enough towels for two nights and we had to use the same towels. We paid extra because of the Balloon fest. 2-star at best.

This was a great stay. The room was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient that the room offered more than one tv and a full kitchen with dishes and utensils.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Good inclusive brekfast. Only drawback was traffic noise from the highway and quite a few homeless people near by. They did have a security guard on duty in the evening, nights and walkways were adequately lite.

There were lots of pigeons around the entrance to the room and lots of pigeon feces. I had little confidence that my rental car would not be vandalized. It appears that the hotel is being used as social services housing for the City of Albuquerque.

Our first room was the dirtiest it had a lot of spiders and insects. Thick spiderwebs in the closet. Very dirty under the long window drapes. Window drapes had stains in both rooms. It smelled bad. It was not cleaned. I requested king size bed but we got 2 double beds. Transferred to a 2nd room and it still had bugs and spiders. Terrible experience. The price of the room is not worth it. I was told since I paid through a third party they can’t do anything about that. False advertisement on the hotel website where they show their best room. Best lightening and angle shots. Beware folks!
