Very disappointed
The carpet in some spots was wet and the room smelled like mold and mildew. When reported we were told there was no manager available to accommodate us. Also, I had to use my cellphone to call the hotel from the room because the room phone did not work.

Tired from your journey, it not over yet!
Extended wait time to check in. The telephone in the second room did not work. The thermostat was broken in the first room and the remote was missing. There was no make-up mirror in the bathroom. There was a problem with my meal at the restaurant that was later taken care of but I had to wait even longer for my meal. Long walk from the parking garage. It was located across the street from the hotel!

Upon arrival the line to check in was substantialy long. It wasn't due to the service of the front desk agents. All of them were great and very knowledgeable about the job. The only thing that tripped them up was a technical error due to the key machine being inoperable. Not a big deal, still an inconvenience. Another inconvenience was waiting for the security to bring everyone back and forth to rooms to unlock them. I'm sure that was a strain on the security staff that night. However, they had a great attitude about it so hates off to those gentleman who assisted in that area. I'm not sure if room service was available, if it wasn't it would have been great to know before I placed an order to my room to have it delivered at the bar. I went to my room and waited. Come to find out that my order was sitting at the bar still. I asked for it to be at least reheated. It was just fresher up fries on top of the cold order. The room itself had visible damage with the broken dresser draw. Overall it was quiet and peaceful other then what I have stated above.

Mildew carpet, Dirty bathroom and sheets
The stay was horrible. My wife has allergies and the room smelled of mildew carpet that was from condensation or something wet near the air conditioning unit. She was sneezing and coughing all night. We requested to change rooms but they said they were full. There was a used maxi pad wrapped in tissue in the bathroom and the sheets for the bed were dirty. They did change the sheets upon request. I would like a full refund or credit

Room was Dated, Rundown, & Dirty
Overall the room was dated, run down, and unclean. I can honestly overlook the dated aspects as the location and price were good, but it was starting to get very run down. The carpet was starting to shred in places, weird stains on the wall, and leaking handle of the bathroom faucet, to give you an idea. The worst part was that they didn’t do a good job cleaning before we checked in. They didn’t leave us any soap (luckily I packed a spare bar), we were missing the bathmat, and there was a nasty used washcloth hanging over shower rod. The location was convenient, and right next to the highway. But it was also right next to a hospital and throughout the night we were woken to ambulance sirens. We did try the breakfast buffet and it was extremely underwhelming for being $25 per person. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel you’re looking for a good deal in Atlanta Midtown, and are not bothered by the clear neglect of the rooms.

It was a nice stay but for the price you're paying you'd think the room would offer a mini fridge and microwave. Secondly the bed was too firm and hard making it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep!!!

Don’t book!!
1. My room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine was located on the 5th plus 14th floors so I was told by the bartender. The bartender advised she had no ice available. I had to go back to the 4th floor and use the stairs to get onto the 5th floor due my key card being only accessible to the floor your room is on. Once in the stairwell, I became locked in the stairwell because the room key does not work on stairwell exit doors at all. I had to walk from the 5th floor down to the basement and ended up in the kitchen. The kitchen exit placed me behind the bar where the bartender told me she does not know what to tell me about the ice machines at this point. She then went into the kitchen and got the ice. 2. The bathtub drain was obviously clogged and drained SUPER SLOWLY. By the end of my shower the dirty water was up to my ankles. 3. The paint was literally flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no way it was not noticeable to the staff or previous occupants. Horrible situation for the price paid. Definitely seeking a refund. I didn’t want to complain and repack to change rooms due to just getting in from the airport.
