30 minutes to check in thanks to there being only ONE staff member checking guests in. NO luggage carts up front, so we had to make several trips to get our luggage to our room.
NONE of the remotes would operate the TV's.
The bath soap provided IS good, but the shape is lousy - a little square piece of soap is VERY difficult to use!
The "breakfast" is sad, one of the very worst I've EVER experienced in a LQ - COLD scrambled eggs, FROZEN biscuits, and some glop claimed to be gravy.
All in all, we will NOT stay at this property again unless we are ASSURED these items have been addressed.
