Hotel room was comfortable. Loved the AC. Couple of the front desk people were rude. The woman checking on everything who I believe was a manager was fantastic. Pool was a little disappointing with all the overflow of people using the chairs.

Although relatively modest, this property is attractive, clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the hourly airport shuttle and the reasonably priced shuttle to the cruise ship. The pleasant staff all speak English and are always helpful. The property has a beautiful outdoor pool.

Not worth it
We were not in formed they don’t have elevators. No one offered to help us (seniors) to lug our very heavy luggage up stairs. Two young ladies staying there helped us with luggage. We were told they offer shuttle to and from airport as well to Miami port. Not explaining the shuttle to port is $12 each way. $12.00 buffet was horrible, food was cold and not not tasty.
