The location is good that it just nearby the subway and the walking street. Walkable distance to many restaurants and street food, and also the pier for Gulangyu if you coming back from there after 17:40.
The room is just okay as it full of cigarette smell. The view is nothing special in the lower floor, but the room is quite big.

NICE... BUT FAR FROM FABULOUS!
The hotel is located in a fantastic position opposite a couple of banks and next door to a large shopping centre. My room (one of the more expensive ones) was very nice but the furniture was incredibly dated. I have never seen such old furniture although it was clean and kept nicely. My room came with free mini bar and that was not replaced during my entire stay. It was whatever was there to begin with (4 cans of soft drink & 1 beer). The air conditioning did not seem to work that well. The breakfast buffet was lovely and there was a lot to choose from. Service from the staff was very nice. My room was enormous with a lovely view but I do think it was overpriced considering the old, old furniture. At the hotel was nice and in a good position.

酒店位置真的很棒，距離中山步行街很近，大門口兩邊是地鐵1號線，完全不用過馬路，接待大廳左邊有條通道可以直接到旁邊的街道，購物、逛街、搭公車、搭地鐵或逛便利商店完全不怕淋雨、曬太陽。
只是，隔音有點不好，早餐還好，但瑕不掩瑜，還是很值得推薦！另外，房務清潔人員能多點尊重隱私會更好。

Pros: The location is good for 1st timer to Xiamen. Shopping mall just across the road. MRT station underpass entrance right at the side. Zhongshan road pedestrian street is 5mins walk away. Convenient store at hotel level 1. Check-in staff is friendly and all smiley.
Cons: Bed is too hard for me and I can feel the mattress springs. Slightly outdated furnishing.
