Hotel has lots of potential, unfortunately a few things let it down. The rooms were attended to every day but the floors were not hoovered or bins emptied, just beds made and fresh towels. The pool area was nice but again could have been cleaner. We spent over £400 in the Resturant during our stay, £150 on a valentines meal for my daughters 6th birthday which the food was lovely as was the layout of the table but the service was very poor. As was the service at breakfast. It really spoiled our weekend.

Very nice, professional and courteous staff. The hotel has excellent facilities and a lovely spa. One issue however is that our door did not fit it's frame! There is a 5-6 centimetres gap at least under the door which infringes on privacy and is a fire risk. Fortunately we were on the ground floor.
