I love this palace!!! there are so many things to do just at this property, shopping, casino, bar, restaurants you would t even have to leave to find anything else. Being Vegas there are so many things to do and see here. The EXCALIBER is so close to many great things and you can see a lot from your room. The Stadium, the airport, the strip. The personnel are friendly, accommodating and professional. I definitely would stay here again

The bathroom was dirty, meaning there was piss all over the toilet seat, sink was dirty behind the faucet it had not been cleaned in awhile. The whole room smelt like a sewer. The chairs in the room were stained and dirty. The big tub in our room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

We were scammed by the hotel
The beds were amazing but right when we got there we were offered tickets to the show for $50 so we signed up like the guy said to watch a presentation. After we paid they told us we had to get on a bus and go off property, we are 70 years old we didn’t understand and they would not give us our money back. This was inside the hotel and no one could do anything about it.

There are no blockout curtains, it’s daylight in your room 24/7 due to flood lights lighting up the building. The continuous drone of the air conditioning cutting in and out also disrupted sleep. Really comfy bed and very clean.

Vegas is not my thing.
I'm not a Vegas person. The smoke in the lobby was surprising. The room smelled like the chemical that they spray to cover up smoke. You had to walk far to get to the reception through the smoky casino. Some people like that, not me. It was an inexpensive overnight close to the airport to catch an early flight. What they lose in hotel rent they make up in everything else being really expensive.
