The hotel was decently quite for being right next to the train station. The staff was nice and the complementary breakfast was always good too. The washers and dryers were also easy to use.

柏崎市の花火大会の日に利用しました。
チェックインが０時過ぎそうでしたが、対応も何も問題なくスムーズでした。
駐車場は300円でした。
ホテルの裏手に専用駐車場がありさほど距離も遠くなく良かったと思います。

毎年墓参りで似たような時期に利用しています。
新しいので、施設部屋はとても清潔です。お値段もかなり抑えられていて、最低限に抑えたい方には◎です。
が、経費の節減でしょうか。毎年のように宿泊していると色々な変化に気が付きます。
朝食ビュッフェのバリエーションが減っています。（以前は牛乳やデザートや、色々と子供が喜びそうなものがあったのですが）
客室廊下の冷房がOFF
朝食スペースのブラインドなく朝陽が眩しい
などです。
でも、これらは価格維持の為の企業努力であり、やむなしです。
多くを期待して宿泊するとがっかりするのかもしれませんが、私は綺麗な部屋にお値打ちに泊まることができてとても満足。
