Hotel staff were excellent, kind and friendly, very helpful at all times and they had English speaking staff members. I love the laundry machines that were available. I suggest making the laundry detergent available in the vending machine in the laundry room for convenience so that the guest doesn’t have to ask for it at the reception.

This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it.

I love Kichijyouji Tokyu REI hotel. Whenever I visit my parents who live in Mitaka-Shi next station to Kichijoji, I stay at this hotel. It located in couple minutes walking from Kichijyouji station, very safe, and convenient to shop and eat. Everything is near by the hotel.Inokashira
park is also walking distance so it is perfect to take a walk, enjoy the nature then eat breakfast or lunch at Cafe around there. All staff are friendly and polite, very helpful. The facility is very clean. I can’t find better place to stay anywhere else.
