Very nice hotel! Excellent checkin staff and bell service. The only minor complaint is the noise level to the outside…you could hear the trucks and vehicles outside.

Charming hotel with friendly staff, lots of street noise probably due to the age of the windows.

Wonderful stay!
This is a beautiful hotel in an old building. The room was very comfortable and modern. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. I can't say enough about how great the staff was. We accidentally left some valuables behind and they got them returned to us safely and without delay. The location is close to everything in the French quarter including being about 2½ blocks from Cafe Du Monde! Yet it is two streets over from Bourbon Street so it is quiet at night (we like to sleep). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nola in December
We had an amazing time in New Orleans as always. I think December is becoming one of our favorite times of the year to visit. Everything was great and the hotel was very nice and easy walking distance to Everything we wanted to do in the French quarter. Toast was great for breakfast. And James the bartender at the Ice House bar is very knowledgeable about new orleans history and makes great cocktails! We would definitely stay here again!

Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

noisy room in a block - not like advertised court
on arrival we were given a room that was in a block at the far side of the car park - nothing like the courtyard rooms in the pictures - this block over looks a railway line and we were woken a couple of times a night by very loud train hooters repeatedly blasting out
I did ask for a quieter room but there was a wedding at the hotel and we were re positioned after two nights into a room that reflected the picture in the advert - these rooms are what i expected and were much nicer and a lot less noisy
