El hotel es muy bonito, sin embargo la limpieza deja mucho que desear, la piscina no esta climatizada y el agua esta helada, las habitaciones que rente tienen una terraza que tiene una vista hermosa a la peña, en donde hay una chimenea, que no pude utilizar pork no tenían leña seca, y por ultimo no dan botellitas de agua de cortesia. Expectativa vs. realidad
El hotel es muy bello, lo elegí porque lo conocí a través de un tour previo. Desafortunadamente la realidad es muy diferente a lo que muestran en el tour. La alberca no estaba funcionando, muy triste porque estábamos listos para nadar un rato. La tina de hidromasaje tuvo que ser revisada por el personal ya que el tapón no servía y toda el agua se iba. Me parece que sería adecuado que avisaran con qué servicios sí cuenta el hotel y con cuales no. La limpieza de la habitación cuando recién llegamos, dejaba mucho que desear, no limpian las telarañas, el baño tenía cabellos de huéspedes previos y la tina no estaba del todo limpia, me queda la duda de si en verdad desinfectan y tienen las medidas sanitarias adecuadas a la pandemia.
