Room deodoriser was so overpowering like the scent of cheap soap. Left door open to air out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dog next door was a very persistent barker at midnight onwards. Shower dripped & leaked water under recess. No outdoor maintenance lawns, pool, garden beds. Room good size. Free parking

Everything is really good here. Only a few minutes from the centre of Bendigo, nice and quiet and well managed facility. The free laundry facilities were a pleasant and very welcome surprise. Definitely stay here next trip through Bendigo

Comfortable bed housekeeping isn't a priority here, this room hadn't been cleaned properly. Plenty of dust, crumbs on chair and the floor.

It's a nice comfy place for the price. I would stay closer to town for the same price. Lots of noise at night. Free wi-fi is good, as phone reception was nil. With noone at reception, the phone number to call rang at reception. The shower was a death trap, curving down into the centre. All in all, perfectly acceptable on your way somewhere, not a great place to enjoy a few nights away.

Minor issues with our stay
Room was spacious for 2 ppl and room are very comfortable. But, during our stay we encountered a few minor issues as follows:
1) Rubbish bin still have rubbish in them, has not been empty.
2) The chain on the door was broken.
3) 2 drinking glass, I was unwashed and left on the table instead of the cabinet. 2 second glass was wrapped and put in the cabinet, but was stained with some white substances like fat oil

Could have done with a tea towel in the room as there were a few dishes that we used but nothing to wash or dry them. A couple of wine glasses would be good in the room. Chair was very grubby.
