Best hotel experience in recent memory!
This was easily my best hotel experience in recent memory. All the stuff are exceptionally good and friendly. I had a problem and Maria went way above and beyond to help me resolve it. I would never ever stay anywhere else when I am in Quito. The hotel was absolutely spotless, the breakfast terrific at the location could not possibly be any better!

I had the most enjoyable stay at Casa Anabela during my two-night visit to Quito. Maria greeted me upon my arrival and provided outstanding service. She offered me a choice of rooms to ensure I had the best experience. Mary greeted me in the morning for breakfast. The food was great, the coffee was delicious, and her service was friendly and also outstanding. I definitely recommend this hotel. The only other feedback involves the school behind the hotel. During the week, the children arrive early and can be a bit noisy. If you are an early riser, this would be a non-issue. Other than that, everything is great.

Modern, beautiful.
Quito is OK. Good prices, cheap things to see and do, an OK historic downtown. Very hilly! Lots of traffic downtown on old one way, one lane streets. Met many other travellers - we stick out. Cannot really get by there without some spanish. Didn't really find the food that good, they seem to have gone all in on pizza places and KFC...

Fantastic property. Friendly, clean, and hospitable. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Great with directions and advice. Easy walk to all the sights in historical central Quito. Rooms were spotless and the beds were very very comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious. Would recomend to anyone in a second.

8/10 Very good

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was quite nice. Ceilings are nice and high, so everything feels more spacious. On the down side, our room was along the street and windows/shutters didn’t keep out any noise. Our TV didn’t work at all. If you book here, ask for rooms 205, 206 or 207 as they’ll be much quieter.

Nice Boutique Hotel/ loud school next door
Overall a very nice boutique hotel, clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts everyday. The only issue we had and did not know about ahead of time is that the hotel is located adjacent to a school. If staying during the week hundreds of young students congregate in a courtyard early in the morning (6:30 am) and are very loud. No way to sleep through this noise. If you request a room that is not above the school courtyard you will probably be ok.

It was a very nice option for my one night stay in Quito before heading for Galapagos. The hotel arranged my hotel pick up and a super nice driver. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly so I felt like at home. I would love to visit it again and spend more time exploring the city. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Casa Anabela hotel boutique was one of the best restaurants that I ever stayed at. The place is beautiful and is filled with such rich history. The architecture of the hotel is as if I was reading an 18th century period piece that also has very modern amenities. The staff treats everyone like family. Maria, Mari, and Diego are the nicest staff that I have ever encountered. When I was the only one at the hotel one day this week Maria took me on a tour of the churches in Quito and we also went on a chocolate tour that was awesome and very educational the place was called Minka. The staff at this store were awesome and broke down to us the history of chocolate in Ecuador and I was glad I was able to share that experience with Maria. The staff was very helpful with telling me places to visit in Ecuador. Maria helped me book a trip to Otavalo on Saturday and it was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back her next time I travel to Ecuador.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel! It feels a lot like a five-star location in Milan or Bali. I arrived very late at night from the airport and the check-in took less than 10 seconds. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The ambient so tranquil and soothing. Location was perfect - walking distance from everything. The breakfast was exceptional - delicious and vast. The people were so incredibly kind and welcoming. After check out, I needed to take several Zoom calls and they let me works out of their quaint little library - they checked in on me regularly to see if I wanted coffee or tea or water! The design and vibe of this place is stunning. I tried booking four more nights for my return trip the following week but the whole place was booked up! Without a doubt, I’ll be back next time I’m in Quito!
