We were wonderfully welcomed by Rita who gave us detailed information about the city and its highlights. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a tasty dinner in the rooftop restaurant with great views of the city and Mount Etna. We liked the breakfast buffet.

Great location, expected better customer service
We arrived at the hotel and realized there’s no AC in the rooms (there is but not for cold only heater), we also booked the hotel in part because we saw it has a roof top restaurant with great views and then found out we were not allowed because of a private event, the manager was helpful but very dry and short on words. Hotel is greatly located and in great condition, breakfast buffet is nice and rooms are very clean.

Very nice room in central location.
Nice old hotel in city. Room with upstairs loft and 1 1/2 baths. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Small balcony overlooking city was fun to watch people going about their days and nights. Close to many sites. Food at hotel was fair. Rooftop has a beautiful view of Mt. Etna but food and service were not good. AC good.

This place was great. They go out of their way to make the stay comfy. Valet parking; restaurant and breakfast were stellar. They keep the place real clean and leave you a treat on your pillow. There are great views on the rooftop terrace in the restaurant. The price was very reasonable as well.
