The big reason i booked the location is because of the shuttle service from the airport, mall abd train station.
The bed was very hard, the ground was softer. The blanket smelled bad and the AC doesnt work.

A Satisfactory Stay in Narita
Our stay was pretty much what we expected - Basic accommodations for the night that met our needs without frills. Walls and carpet were not clean but bed and bathroom were fine. Decent size room. Loved the slippers and cotton shirts. On site restaurant is nice!!

Room is ok, but old. It’s close to the airport and shuttle is convenient, but there is nothing around to buy groceries or food other that the hotel restaurant.
What bothered me the most was the attitude of the guy at front desk, he was rude and impatient during the check in process.

Cob webs on the roof and light fixture. Over all clean. Staff was friendly. Everything in room outdated, beat up. Bed was comfortable and clean. The gym old stuff but mint condition, very clean. Over all a nice place to stay.

The room size overall is big enough for all of my luggage
Air condition is not too cold although air vent is at max
The bed is too firm I had back ache after spending the night
I love the bus shuttle that took me right to the airport terminal
The hotel location is way outside the Narita center. Need to take the bus if I want to shop or sightseeing. Hotel does provide bus transportation
