Great budget hotel in the quieter side of town.
If on a budget the hotel is great. Not the newest or the best, but overall clean, comfortable and located near the beach and in the quieter side of the town. The breakfast is very varied and it is clear that staff is trying to bring something special around the holidays, but the quality is pretty low, so a suggestion would be to lower the variety, while focusing on quality and taste for smaller choice.
Overall, pretty happy woith the stay.

The room was sea view but opposite Soccer school. We were woken up every morning from 7.30 by children playing football, blowing horns and banging drums. This went on all day until about 7.30 to 8pm. No siesta.
Check in was fine as we arrived late. The staff member was very helpful. The rest of the staff at this hotel were not friendly at all.
Breakfast was fine but if you didn't arrive early for dinner there was no hot food left. Whether it was replaced after we walked out disgusted I didn't hang about to find out. The rooms were very clean, beds were lovely and comfortable but the room was very tired. Chunks of rendering missing out of the walls. A very low standard 4 star hotel for Melia. I have stayed in many and this was not up to their normal standard. It's a very good job I have another week left in Tenerife South as I would not be rested or relaxed after my 1st 4 days in this hotel.

Also die Unterkunft war relativ gut für meine Verhältnisse, aber wie gesagt ein Kühlschrank währe das non puls ultra gewehsen . den ich möchte gerne auch mal was im hotel machen im hotel , in meinem hotel ohne Stress.

Hotellissa ei kukaan tervehtinyt koko viikon aikana. Hotelli jäänyt 80-luvulle palvelun ja tilojen suhteen. Huoneessa paljon pieniä muurahaisia. Kalustuksen isossa huoneessa sängyn lisäksi kaksi kulunutta ja vanhaa tuolia ja epämääräinen kulunut pöytä. Parvekeella kaksi likaista muovituolia. Kaikista hanoista tuli vain kuumaa vettä eli suihkussa ei voinut käydä vaan laskea ammeeseen vettä ja antaa sen jäähtyä.

Todo bien, salvo que se trata de un hotel con ciertos años y al menos nuestra habitación necesitaba un lavado de cara. Muy limpio, y camas cómodas, personal muy amable y cercano, vistas preciosas, con ubicación excelente.

Limpieza mucho que desear
La entrada muy buena y el recibimiento, pero la limpieza pésima. Al llegar pedimos no miramos nada simplemente dejar las cosas y nos tuvimos que ir, al llegar se que era demasiado tarde y vimos que la tasas ni precintos, el extractor lleno de costra de mopa de mucho tiempo, el cabecero, tele, ... Todo lleno de polvo de no haber limpiado
Se reclama en recepción y nos cambian a otra habitación donde éramos 3 adultos y que lo que les queda es una doble para dos pero nos la dieron y subió la chica de la recepción con nosotras a esa nueva habitación y la sorpresa estaba también sucia, nos pasan a una tercera habitación pero también doble n
NO para tres y el comentario que en esa habitación habían estado gente de agencia y no sabían si habían tocado la habitación.
Nos tuvimos que quedar en esa ya que no había más habitaciones y si fue usada la taza ya que se vio que no se había tirado bien de la cadena. Con lo que en una habitación doble tuvimos que dormir 3 y encima de las sabanas ya que seguridad de limpieza CERO
La primera habitación fue 305, la segunda 109 y la última 610

Gradevole albergo un po’ datato davanti il campo sportivo di Puerto de la Cruz, davanti al mare. Direi un 3 stelle. Camera spaziosa senza mini frigo e bollitore. Bar fino le 23, se uno vuole una cosa calda oppure deve tenere farmaci in frigo deve scendere alla reception. No, non nel 2024. Pulizie camera eccellenti e ottimo staff. Bagno usurato com maioliche del pavimento rotte e acqua della doccia/vasca con scariche improvvise bollenti. Buona colazione. Cena insomma. Bella vista mare della camera (con supplemento).

Colchones hundidos se clavan los muelles. Cortinas sucias desde hace un siglo, muebles oxidados, paredes del cuarto de baño con moho y sucias, taza del WC rota, paredes llenas de desconchones, puerta del cuarto de baño más sucia y más vieja imposible. Intentamos damos cambiarnos dos veces de habitación sin éxito. Hablamos con la recepción y nos dijeron que estaban todas maso menos igual. Pésimo, no es un cuatro estrellas no llega ni a una.

Muy deficiente
Primera vez que me sucede que en un hotel no puedo cenar a las 21.30 horas. Después de llegar de una jornada de trabajo quería cenar un bocadillo o cualquier cosa y al bajar al restaurante me dicen que la cocina cierra a las 21:00 horas y que si quería cenar algo podía ir a 10 minutos andando a algún lugar fuera del hotel, lo cuál no hice por supuesto. Me fui a dormir sin cenar. Que un hotel no tenga la capacidad de ofrecerle a un huesped ni un bocadillo a las 21.30 horas es una verguenza. Vaya nivel!! / En la habitación no había ni un solo toma de corriente para enchufar el cargador del movil también es increible. Tuve que dejar cargando el movil en el cuarto de baño. Por último solicité una habitación con escritorio para poder trabajar y me responden de recepción que no tenían habitación con escritorio. En definitiva, por ahí no me verán nunca más.
