Checking in took 45-50 mins standing on the check in area. The AC was hella hot!! Got the room around 4 pm went out 3-4 hours just to wait it cool, went back its still the same room temperature, was sweating while sleeping called, them to have ac check. It took 1-2 hours for them to decide to change my room, mind you this was already 11pm plus. Was tired sleepy, for a room that is way above the regular price. This is un excusable, was happy i only check in 2 night there….

We travelled all around the US & Europe and so far this hotel is the best amongst the rest. All the staff are friendly & respectful! We always feel special and welcome. It’s really a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The staff that stand out most especially are JM ( I lost my phone and still got it back because of JM from concierge and also with the help of Rowela, Jude, Marion & Macky.
I would like to commend the dining team as well. I met chef Mac who is very accommodating and friendly. The rest of the team are very sensitive to our needs. The food is really good and so much more delicious than the usual. Thank you so much and looking forward to coming back again with the nustar six star hotel in the future.
