We love Hyatt.
This rating would have gotten an EXCELLENT. How we, the shower in room 821 was nearly inoperable. The lever does not stop the water from the spout, causing the water to fill up the tub while showering. It was difficult to navigate as our son is neurodivergent and expressed difficulty. With this repaired our stay would have been magnificent!!

Perfect Stay
My husband and I were there because he had surgery scheduled for December 20 to remove cancer from his kidney. Due to the holidays, we were there traveling by ourselves and I was very comfortable. I t was very clean very safe. We enjoyed the shuttle and transportation services to and from the hospital in the local areas. We were able to Enjoy it without having to worry about parking and walking because my husband tires out. I felt safe traveling back-and-forth to visit with him after his surgery and the service that was delivered with such love and compassion. You truly have two angels working the shuttle service. Questions at the desk were met with love, compassion and grace. I can’t wait to share our stay with friends who will be need a place when their needs bring them to the Texas Medical Center.

The air condition did not work properly it was stuffy in the room. The pillows on the bed are mini and are flat. Bring your own pillows. The bar closed over an hour early. For a domestic beer we were charged $10. Seems a little highly priced.

Great but...no water.
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was great. Very comfortable and clean. Our concern was that both mornings there was no water for several hours. We didn't get any information from the desk and just waited until there was water to shower and get ready. The hotel served breakfast and continued to serve while there was no water. Some information would have been helpful. When the water was turned off to "fix the problem" we got a text notification. No water is a big deal and should have been communicated. I am sure others in our group have contacted the Texas Dept. of Health.

I can say everything was very wonderful except when we had no water in the building. Our room had ants around it but, besides that the stay was wonderful. They complimented us the parking fees, that we did not have to pay for. One of your staff Zack was so awesome, before the water shut off I had enough time to wash clothes but the pressure of the water wouldn’t let me wash. Zach fixed it the water pressure and I was able to finish all the washing that I had to do that morning Before the water pressure was all gone in the building. He was an awesome helper please do something very nice for Zach.

The WHOLE STAFF at this property was amazing !! Very friendly and very accommodating ! I had thyroid surgery at Baylor on the 29th and forgot to extend my stay past the 29th and they were so so helpful. Would go back anytime !!
